Unlike the Ukrainians, Russian elites do not recognize the importance of ideological work, said political scientist, analyst, philosopher, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on September 8 in the Conversation with a Sage program on Radio Zvezda.
According to Kurginyan, in order to steer the situation in Russia in a constructive direction, there must be an active political entity. “And firstly, I’d like to ask here: who will do the steering? Who is the steerer? What is the name of the political entity behind this project, translating into scientific language?” asked the philosopher.
In his opinion, in Ukraine such an entity is a consolidated social group with hundreds and thousands of people, “passionately supporting” Russophobia and ultra-Nazism.
“It’s hundreds of thousands of people — maybe a million. They rule Ukraine, and they don’t give a damn about what the rest of Ukrainians think. They treat the country like a cook treats a potato, they treat it like their slaves,” explained Sergey Kurginyan.
This political entity in Ukraine is doing the brainwashing and conducting “an appalling ideological work”, noted the expert.
“And, within this large and without an exaggeration – satanic, using your language, or completely dark, in my words, social segment – there is both self-sacrifice and tradition. Well, look at their Bandera [Nazi collaborator during WWII – translator’s note] veterans, all these Stetskos, and everything else. It’s both: an internal occultism, and some kind of readiness to spill blood – one’s own and others’. It’s all there is. And this entity has built an anti-Russia. It has succeeded,” the analyst pointed out.
Kurginyan also stated that this Ukrainian political entity is the most dangerous entity in the modern world, sucking resources out of the West, including its ideological resources.
“I would like our so-called elites, who happily claimed that money conquers evil, to remember that the world is ruled by the immaterials,” emphasized the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
