Relations between Russia and the United States have been destroyed, but it is necessary to continue looking for ways to dialog for the sake of preserving world stability, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Russia-1 TV channel, journalist Pavel Zarubin reported in his Telegram account on November 5.
“Relations [with the United States] are at zero or, I would say, even below zero,” Peskov noted.
According to him, in the future it will still be necessary to re-build a dialog with America, as strategic stability in the world ultimately depends on Russia and the United States.
