French President Emmanuel Macron’s idea of sending European troops to Ukraine is insane, a senior French officer told Marianne magazine on March 15.
He emphasized that in case of a confrontation with Russian troops, the European armed forces would look like an army of majorettes.
French President Emmanuel Macron in his interview with France 2 confirmed the possibility of sending Western troops to Ukraine.
“We must say with determination, will and courage that we are prepared to use the means necessary to achieve our goal that Russia does not win the war,” the politician said.
Majorettes are girls participating in parades dressed in stylized military uniforms.
