US President Joe Biden and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz prepared a secret plan to end the conflict in Ukraine, the German daily Bild informed on November 24.
According to the newspaper, the plan envisages the creation of such conditions for the Kiev regime, under which the Ukrainian armed units will only be able to hold the existing front line, but not to seize the territories liberated by Russia. This is being done for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to negotiate with Moscow.
“Zelensky must realize that this cannot continue. Without any external request,” a Bild‘s source in the government said.
“He must address his people of his own free will and explain that it is necessary to start negotiations,” he added.
