Opinion. Russia should withdraw from World Health Organization

24.11.2023, Moscow.

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vladislav Shafalinov explained what the danger of Russia’s membership in the World Health Organization (WHO) is, and why Russia must withdraw from this organization as soon as possible, on November 23 at the 18th Congress “Health – the Basis of Human Potential: Problems and Solutions”.

According to the professor, two “very enterprising” people – John Davison Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie – were involved in the WHO creation. They ordered a certain Abraham Flexner to make a report on the state of American medicine in 1910. This Flexner had nothing to do with medicine or science. However, the result of his report was the destruction of all schools of homeopathy and naturopathy in the USA.

Instead, medicine created by the Rockefeller Foundation appeared in the West, which was given the name “Rockefeller Medicine”, Shafalinov said.

With the active assistance of the Rockefeller Foundation, “in 1943, the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA) was created, which was sort of helping the victims of World War II. In fact, they were preparing for the creation of the so-called World Health Organization, to which the Rockefeller Foundation’s International Health Department was transferred. That is, it was originally an organization with such roots,” the professor explained.

According to Shafalinov, the USSR, which participated in the creation of the WHO, in 1949, under Stalin, withdrew from the organization, but in 1956, thanks to Khrushchev, our country regained membership in the organization.

Shafalinov called the basic principles and ethics of the World Health Organization “support for LGBT, abortion, fertility reduction, sex education, forced foster care, pushing the ICD-11 with deviant formulations, transhumanism, euthanasia, and ultimately dehumanization”.

He believes such an agenda is completely inconsistent with the Russian people’s moral and ethical principles.

As of today, according to the professor, the criteria for the quality of the health care system today, which are dictated to us by the WHO, are:

health care expenditures;

health workforce and infrastructure (number of health workers, number of hospital beds);

health care coverage;

mortality and morbidity;

health inequalities;

vital statistics.

“What is not the main criterion of health system efficiency today, but should become it, is the increase in the number of healthy (non-diseased) and recovered people,” Shafalinov emphasized.

He named Bill Gates as the main sponsor of WHO. At the same time, Shafalinov noted that Gates “will never get involved in any story that doesn’t involve some profit or ‘some higher values’ that are definitely not shared by us [Russsians].”

In addition, Shafalinov pointed out that “WHO censors almost everything today and forces censorship, including, I’m sure, our Ministry of Health. Books that are printed abroad are subjected in Russia not just to state censorship, but also to the censorship of the so-called scientific community.”

According to Doctor of Medical Sciences, such censorship led to the fact that during the coronavirus pandemic, doctors around the world began to unite against the state position and hold international conferences under the slogan “Doctors for the Truth!”

Shafalinov also spoke about German doctor Heiko Schöning, who had to flee Germany under pressure from the authorities, and about his book Game Over, in which he compares the Covid-19 “pandemic” to the anthrax situation in 2001 and calls both cases a scam.

Because WHO failed to push through a pandemic agreement, the organization is now “pushing through amendments to international health regulations because it’s legally easier,” Shafalinov argues. There are very serious global financial forces behind this, he added.

“It’s easier to pass amendments that no state can act without the World Health Organization’s approval, which doesn’t really have any decision-making rights. It only has the right to recommend and express its point of view. But they are trying to deprive us and, in fact, all the countries of the world of statehood,” the professor concluded.
