Russian troops defeated German Leopard and US Bradley due to competent planning, according to military expert Thomas C. Theiner, Der Tagesspiegel wrote on June 14.
Commenting on the videos published by the Ukrainian 47th Mechanized Brigade, Theiner said that the Ukrainian armed units did not stand a chance. According to him, the well-coordinated work of Russian aviation and artillery proved to be a real trap for the Kiev regime’s forces.
“Behind the successful strike on the convoy of equipment in Zaporozhye was a cunning trap set by Russian attack helicopters and Russian anti-tank artillery,” the expert said.
Earlier the Ukrainian armed units lost about 10 German Leopard tanks during an attempted counterattack. Germany alone handed over 18 Leopard 2A6 tanks to Kiev, while other NATO-member countries also intend to send these tanks.
