Zaporozhye region authorities: Ukrainian drone shot down near Kerch

An unmanned aerial vehicle was shot down near Kerch in Crimea, a member of the main council of the military-civil administration of the Zaporozhye region Vladimir Rogov wrote on his Telegram channel on August 18.

A Ukrainian drone was shot down near Kerch at a great distance from the Crimean bridge, Rogov said. There were no casualties or destruction, he assured.

The governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported a fire at an ammunition depot near the village of Timonovo. The causes of the fire are being investigated.

Earlier, an explosion occurred at a depot near Dzhankoy. The Russian Defense Ministry cited sabotage as the cause of the explosion. There were also explosions near Novofyodorovka. CNN reported that Ukraine was responsible for this.

On April 1, the Ukrainian armed units used two helicopters to strike an oil depot in Belgorod. Six tanks with oil products burned down.
