The West supports the information campaign about an allegedly prepared Russian attack on Ukraine with concrete actions, expert of the Association of Military Political Scientists and head of the Department of Political Science and Sociology at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics Andrey Koshkin said to Rossa Primavera News Agency on February 12.
“That circuit, as I call it, the information and propaganda circuit, in the focus of which Russia is the aggressor, which invades Ukraine, it is still not stopped. It continues to devour the information space like a kind of Moloch, along with the mass consciousness, the individual subconscious. At the same time, these information attacks continue to be supported by actions,” Koshkin said.
Among such actions, Koshkin noted the redeployment of forces to the borders of Russia, and the creation of camps in Poland and Romania, which will have to accept millions of refugees.
Koshkin pointed out that the latest of such steps were statements about preparations to evacuate diplomats from Ukraine.
In February 2022, several countries announced the need to withdraw their diplomats from embassies in Ukraine, in addition, they recommended citizens not to visit Ukraine, and citizens in Ukraine to leave it immediately.
These statements intensified the information campaign about the allegedly prepared Russian invasion of Ukraine.
