Residents of the Syrian town of Al-Jawadiyah in Al-Hasakah province pelted with stones a US Army convoy passing through the village, a Rossa Primavera News Agency’s source in Syria informed on May 19.
A group of local residents threw stones at the convoy as it was passing through the town of Al-Jawadiyah. According to the video, published from the site of the incident, the convoy consisted of four MRAP vehicles, and the stones were thrown by men and teenagers.
The US military did not react in any way to the Syrian attack. The convoy continued through al-Jawadiyah without stopping.
On May 18 it became known that the US is planning to enlarge the Al-Sinaa prison in the Syrian province of Al-Hasakah. 5,000 ISIL fighters (organization banned in Russia) under the supervision of the Syrian Kurds allied to the United States are imprisoned there.
