Chairman of the People’s council of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin announced that junta had refused to hold an emergency Contact Group meeting on shelling the city of Donetsk.
“Ukraine has failed to participate in the discussion concerning this incident. The Ukrainian party is the only member of Minsk II that refused to hold an emergency Contact Group meeting through videoconferencing,” Pushilin said.
