The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela still has not abandoned its plans to join the intergovernmental association BRICS, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil Pinto stated on May 8, as reported by TASS.
Pinto said that the republic is “ready to work with all BRICS countries.”
On May 7, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro arrived in Moscow for his eighth visit.
As a result of the negotiations held between the President of the Bolivarian Republic and Russian President Vladimir Putin, agreements on strategic partnership and cooperation between the two countries were signed.
