Ex-secretary of state Henry Kissinger suggested that the US top officials should confront the number two power on the globe together with the number three power. Then, the US were friends with China against the USSR, and now, according to this plan, it is expected to be friends with India against China, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and philosopher Sergey Kurginyan said on April 4 on the program Conversation with a Sage on radio Zvezda.
According to the political scientist, Kissinger’s idea was that the number one power, the US, was in confrontation with the number two power, the USSR, and to this end it wanted to make an alliance with China against the USSR.
“China was Kissinger’s idea. I am sorry, but it was a stupid idea of Kissinger. So, China is there. Now [the US] is the number one power, which is not true anymore although. China is the number two power. Number three is needed, India, to make an alliance with India against number two, China. This is the idea,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
This idea implements Kissinger’s approach “one plus three minus two,” which the US is now trying to repeat. The Indians are expected to be helping the US, the political scientist noted.
“They [the Indians] are closely watching China, but no one will ever persuade them into a radical friendship with the US against China,” the analyst said.
It is Kissinger’s idea combined with China’s effort that made China a leading global power challenging the US.
