Kurginyan: If Nazi salute is allowed in Italy, then why not in Germany?

03.02.2024, Moscow.

A trend for the revival of Nazism has been launched in Europe, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on January 27 on the program Right to Know on channel TVC.

Kurginyan reminded about Italian events, which he believes are neglected, although these events are of great importance. The Italian Supreme Court of Cassation has allowed the Nazi salute in the form of thrown up arm to be used at rallies as long as this gesture does not bear any risk of the revival of the fascist party.

“Why has no one, be it the rabbinate or anyone else, raise any alarm? The Italian supreme court makes a decision that the Nazi salute is allowed and appropriate as long as it poses no threat to Italy’s security. The supreme court! The caste of lawyers has made this decision,” Kurginyan stressed.

The political scientist further posed a question: if the Nazi salute is allowed in Italy, why can it not be used in Germany or elsewhere? According to him, a trend for the revival of Nazism has been launched. And Ukraine was the place where this process started.

“This is not a Russian propaganda. This is a terrible, hidden fact of the 21st century. This process is clearly ongoing. And it has to be ongoing, because in terms of global processes there is no alternative to fascism as long as any version of capitalism maintains. There are no other forces to be played in this game,” Sergey Kurginyan believes.
