An unsinkable boat for the needs of Russia’s special military operation was developed in Rostov-on-Don, Telegram channel Shot reported on May 7.

“The vessel was tested with machine-gun fire and grenades, which showed its increased ‘survivability’,” the statement reads.

According to Shot, the boat’s hull is made of high-strength polyethylene, which is easy to repair under combat conditions.

Due to its shape, the vessel does not create large waves and does not cause noticeable noise when moving.

The Russian military has already received the first batch of 10 such boats. A total of 40 boats are planned to be handed over to the combatants in the zone of Russia’s special military operation.
