The West has no peaceful plans for Russia and is choosing between a hot and cold war, according to a summary from the theater of war published in The Essence of Time newspaper, issue 562.
Analysts of the German Society for Foreign Policy (DGAP) say that if the conflict in Ukraine is frozen, Russia will prepare its troops for a direct conflict with NATO within six years. They believe that Russia’s attack on the Baltic states could become a pretext for a conflict. The experts based their conclusions on information from sources in German military circles and intelligence services.
“That is, it is once again recognized that the West is choosing not between war and peace, but between hot and cold war. The weakness of the enemy always provokes,” The Essence of Time editorial reads.
