Ukraine worries about the fate of F-16s because of the change of power in the Netherlands

27.11.2023, Kiev.

Ukraine may be left without some of the F-16 fighter jets promised to it by the West after the change of power in the Netherlands, a former adviser to Ukraine’s first president Oleg Soskin suggested on his YouTube channel on November 26.

“Everything is going according to the worst scenarios. Zelensky, Yermak and his company are choosing the worst scenarios that can only be,” Soskin noted.

In his opinion, the consequence of the change of power in the Netherlands will allegedly be the withdrawal of its support for the conflict in Ukraine. Among other things, this will affect the already promised deliveries of weapons and F-16 fighter jets, among other things. This is how he interpreted the victory of the far-right Party for Freedom in the country’s elections.

He suggested that Europe was so tired of Ukraine that it would be less and less willing to help it fight against Russia.

However, he did not elaborate how he arrived at such far-reaching conclusions.

The similar prognoses caused by the victory of opposition right-wing parties in Italy in the elections were not justified in this way. The new government of Giorgio Meloni of the Brothers of Italy party did not actually abandon its anti-Russian policy and continued to help the Ukrainian armed units.
