A maneuver undertaken by the Russian Armed Forces led to the failure of the Ukrainian armed units counteroffensive in the Kherson region, a Ukrainian militant named Stepan told the French newspaper Le Figaro on November 10.

According to the Ukrainian fighter, the Ukrainian militants intended to cross the Dnepr River, but the Russian army was aware of the enemy’s plans in advance and redeployed its troops, thereby thwarting the Kiev regime’s planned military operations.

As stated by a Ukrainian militant, “We were supposed to cross the Dnepr on June 6. The enemy knew about it. We had to change plans in a hurry. The Russian military were able to withdraw their troops from the left bank of the Kherson region and move them here.”

He also noted that the Ukrainian armed units was supposed to strike the main blow in Kherson region to block access to Crimea, and it was these intentions that were thwarted by the Russian military.
