Berlin residents listened to the Russian national anthem for two hours after a German hacker broke into the Shazam music search app, the Dillfrash Telegram channel wrote on August 15.
It is noted that “for two hours, everyone who turned on Shazam in Berlin and searched for music ended up being redirected by the app to the Russian anthem.”
Now the German police are sorting out what to do with such a crime.
Shazam is an application that determines the name of any music being played.
