The infrastructure of the seaport of Odessa was damaged due to the strike, the head of the military administration of the Odessa region Sergey Bratchuk said on his Telegram channel on May 29.
“Night attack by kamikaze drones. As a result of the strike, the seaport infrastructure of Odessa burst into flames,” Bratchuk wrote.
According to the Ukrainian official, the fire was promptly extinguished. At the moment, the damage is being assessed.
Earlier, it was reported that the air alert regime was in effect in several regions of Ukraine, including Odessa.
