Seven drones were shot down over the sea off the coast of Sevastopol, the city’s governor Mikhail Razvozzhayev wrote on his Telegram channel on January 16.
“No objects neither in the city nor in the water area – were damaged. I emphasize: all drones were shot down over the sea,” Razvozzhayev said.
The governor drew attention to the fact that the Ukrainian propagandists spread fake news about the alleged explosions in the city.
“They write that there are explosions in the city and ask to provide them with confirmation. We confirm – no one will send anything to you; everything is calm in the Hero-City,” Razvozzhayev wrote.
He also noted that the air defense forces continue to control the situation.
