Children from DPR and LPR receive New Year presents in Kursk

New Year presents were given by Kursk power engineers to children from the DPR and LPR, who are in temporary accommodation facilities in the Kursk region, the press service of the regional administration reported on January 2.

At the moment, children from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics live in two temporary accommodation facilities, said representatives of the Kursk authorities.

Kursk power engineers gave sweet gifts to children from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, who are now in two temporary accommodation sites in the Kursk region. Ded Moroz and Snegurochka came to wish the children a Happy New Year and a Merry Christmas. The children took part in competitions, danced in a circle and recited poems“, – explained in the regional government.

In addition, New Year’s gifts were given to children from institutions for children with disabilities.

Kursk power engineers “visited Dmitrievsky boarding school for children with disabilities and Belovsky children’s psychoneurological boarding school. More than 230 children live and study in these institutions”, stressed the region’s press service.
