Foreign militants drove civilians out of a bomb shelter while the Kiev regime troops were in Lisichansk in the LPR. This was reported by a resident of the town to Rossa Primavera News Agency correspondent on July 20.
According to a resident of Lisichansk Irina Vasilievna, foreign mercenaries, presumably from the Baltic States, came into the bomb shelter during active hostilities in the city. The woman explained that they started kicking people out of the shelter.
“Take everything away, leave the bunks, two days, you have a choice: evacuation or death“. These arguments were used to evict people from the bomb shelter where they were hiding from the bombing, the woman said to a Rossa Primavera News Agency correspondent.
On July 2, Lisichansk was liberated from the Ukrainian army by the armed forces of Russia, the LPR, and DPR.
