The USA has supervised creation of biological weapons against Russians in Ukraine

While the liberal media continues desperately to ‘disprove’ her, the US right-wing openly put uncomfortable questions to Biden

Long-standing concerns expressed by military experts about the activities of US microbiological laboratories in Ukraine were given hard evidence this week.

The Russian Ministry of Defense released a number of documents confirming that Ukraine was working on biological weapons directed against Russia.

Ukraine was working on biological weapons components as part of the US bioweapons program

Ukraine had a network of more than 30 biological laboratories commissioned by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the Russian Defense Ministry said during briefings on March 6 and 7. Funding for these activities exceeded $200 million.

“The facts of the Kiev regime’s hastily elimination of the traces of the US Defense Department-funded military-biological program being implemented in Ukraine have been uncovered,” a Russian Defense Ministry official said on March 6.

At the same time, documentary evidence obtained from the employees of the biolaboratories themselves became evidence of the development of biological weapons components in the immediate vicinity of Russia’s borders, the ministry informed.

It is assumed that the samples of dangerous pathogens were destroyed on February 24 in order to conceal the evidence confirming this work.

Work was being done to create selective-type weapons and the means of their dissemination in Russia

Materials that have fallen into the hands of experts of the Russian Defense Ministry have shown that in the laboratories there were attempts to create biological weapons of selective action aimed at the Slavic genotype. Ukraine and its citizens were a convenient testing group for this work.

In the course of the experiments, a targeted spread of pathogens in certain areas of Ukraine could have been carried out, followed by the collection of the necessary tests and biomaterials from the sick persons.

This could be confirmed by an increase in the incidence of “particularly dangerous and economically significant infections” such as rubella, diphtheria, tuberculosis, the Russian Defense Ministry said. In addition, the incidence of measles in Ukraine has increased by more than 100 times, and the WHO, in turn, declared Ukraine a country with a high risk of outbreak of polio, the ministry said.

At the moment all materials required for further research have been brought from Ukraine. At the same time, several thousand samples of serum of patients belonging to the Slavic ethnic group have been transported to the United States.

Also in the laboratories the means of pathogen delivery to the territory of Russia were studied. As such, for example, wild birds migrating between Ukraine and Russia were considered, which the ministry called “particularly irresponsible”. In particular, birds in the Voronezh and Ivanovo regions, released earlier as part of bioresearch from the Kherson Nature Reserve in Ukraine and equipped with GPS trackers in advance, were caught.

The Russian Defense Ministry is certain that “the purpose of these and other Pentagon-funded biological studies in Ukraine was to create a mechanism for the hidden spread of deadly pathogens” on the territory of neighboring states and, first and foremost, Russia.

Specialists have repeatedly recorded leaks of pathogens

The emergence of biolaboratories in Ukraine has coincided with outbreaks of diseases not previously seen in the area. For example, in 2016, several dozen soldiers near Kharkov died of a severe form of swine flu, and three years later, a plague-like infection struck the Ukrainian military in the Donetsk region. Russia even organized a cordon sanitaire on the border.

Igor Nikulin, a former member of the UN Biological Weapons Commission, also recalled during the Letuchka streaming on March 8 that, “back in 2009 there was an outbreak of hemorrhagic pneumonia in Ternopol. The government commission that investigated the case found out that from one US biolaboratory the exhaust went directly to a children’s preschool.”

“So the Americans seem to have decided to test their products on children. As a result, 450 people died. And Yulia Timoshenko’s government bought $120 million worth of vaccines from the same US firm,” said the expert.

Russia’s Political Steps

After the materials were made public, the Russian political leadership immediately accused the United States and Ukraine of developing elements of biological weapons in violation of international law.

On March 9, the Russian Foreign Ministry demanded that the US disclose the truth about the military bioprograms in Ukraine. And already on March 11, the State Duma adopted an appeal to the UN and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, demanding an investigation into the activities of biolaboratories in Ukraine. At the same time, it initiated its own parliamentary inquiry into the matter.

“Biological weapons are not created for no particular reason. They are intended for mass destruction of people and are a threat to all humanity,” said Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, arguing the need for international consideration of the issue.

Then, on March 11, Russia requested a meeting of the UN Security Council to discuss US military and biological activities in Ukraine, following which a number of states, including India, China and Mexico, supported Russia’s appeal and demanded an investigation into the biolaboratories’ activities.

Under-Secretary-General of the UN, Izumi Nakamitsu, said in reply that the UN Security Council can initiate an investigation on the basis of the complaint received on the 5th and 6th articles of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention but specified that there is no multilateral verification mechanism in the UN.

Official reaction of the US authorities

The Russian Defense Ministry is convinced, as stated by the commander of the Russian NBC Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, during a briefing on March 7, that the obtained information proves the leading role of the US Defense Department in financing and conducting military and biological research on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, the materials they destroyed and transported could, with a high degree of probability, serve as evidence of violation of the Biological Weapons Convention.

In response to the accusations, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby stated that Russian accusations are absurd, adding that the claims are classic Russian propaganda, which cannot be trusted.

The press secretary of the US President followed the example of the US military spokesman. US Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines linked the activities of biolaboratories in Ukraine to biodefense and the public health response.

But the words of Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland during the Senate hearing on March 8 resonated more widely. She actually confirmed that there were US-affiliated biolaboratories in Ukraine.

“Ukraine has biological research facilities, which in fact we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to gain control of. We are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach,” the diplomat said.

US Media Reaction

Describing the reaction of the conservative media to Nuland’s speech, Americanist Malek Dudakov wrote, “While the liberal media continues desperately to ‘disprove’ her, the US right-wing – skeptical of the establishment – openly put uncomfortable questions to Biden.

“Today, Tucker Carlson, the most popular broadcaster in the United States <…> devoted an entire program to the topic of biolabs. He posed logical questions – why did the Democrat Party-loyal press, along with the State Department in Washington, D.C., lie for so long, denying the facts about working with dangerous viruses in Ukraine? What exactly were US specialists doing there and why didn’t they have time to secure the laboratories before the conflict began?” wrote the Americanist on his Telegram channel.

Cooperation between the USA and Ukraine in the field of bioresearch has been continuing for 17 years

The US biological weapons program was officially closed back in 1969, but interest in the topic, as it turned out, did not cease.

According to a document published by RT, the US has been funding research on laboratory pathogens and biological weapons in Ukraine since 2005.

At the same time, not only were funds and materials allocated for bioweapons research in laboratories located in Kiev, Lvov and Odessa, but the necessary personnel training for joint biological research, detection of biological threat agents and response to them, as well as to improve the protection of biological materials, was also conducted.

The Possible End of the US Biological Warfare Program

The results of the US military-biological program in Ukraine were attempted to be summarized in the article “US Biolaboratories in Ukraine: End of History,” posted on the Military Review portal.

The article points out that Ukraine has become the location of the so-called Pentagon reference laboratories, which officially work exclusively for research and medical purposes, but in fact are “calibration offices” that allow to examine samples of biomaterials on site, in the immediate vicinity of the “target of destruction” – the densely populated part of Russia.

The disclosed data allows us to state with good reason that the Pentagon is coordinating the creation of biological ethnocides. The work being carried out will theoretically make it possible to produce strains of viruses to which the immune systems of certain ethnic groups will be defenseless. Genetic biomaterial collected from a large sample of people of the same ethnicity can serve as the basis for the synthesis of such toxins, to which other ethnic groups will be less susceptible.

The author hopes that the military laboratories in Ukraine are over. All information and references to the US connection to the laboratories in Ukraine are being removed from US information resources. This may be an attempt to cover their tracks, but it is more likely that the Americans actually physically destroyed the biolaboratories before they left.

Conclusion

Over the post-Soviet years, the United States has managed to surround its geopolitical adversaries, which primarily include Russia, with a network of biolaboratories similar to those in Ukraine. US facilities are located in a number of post-Soviet republics: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, etc.

During the coronavirus pandemic, which has a relatively low lethality, the whole world witnessed the devastating effects of biological weapons, coupled with the informational impact of the media and the Internet. The presence of microbiological laboratories linked to US bioweapons programs near Russia’s borders, in a situation of confrontation with the West, poses the most immediate threat to our country.

And how many such laboratories are there in the post-Soviet space?
