Kiev direction

Liberation of the LPR and DPR
In the DPR, 89 settlements have been liberated – the republic’s territorial defense headquarters.
Units of the Russian armed forces advanced up to 14 kilometers and established control over the southern districts of the villages of Blagodatnoye, Vladimirovka, Pavlovka and Nikolskoye within a day.
In Nikolskoye, fighters of the Aidar battalion (organization banned in the Russian Federation) equipped firing positions on the territory of the Nikolsko-Vasilyevsky monastery, holding around 300 civilians and monks hostage. During the liberation of the village, some of the nationalists were killed and the rest dispersed.
A group of LPR troops completely blocked the village of Borovskoye and took the northern districts of the town of Popasnaya under their control. In Severodonetsk, LPR military units blocked the eastern and southern parts of the city.
Sites of mass killing of civilians were discovered by the LPR People’s Militia during an offensive along the Popasnya direction. Retreating Ukrainian Nazi troops drove people out of basements and used them as “human shields,” and all those who resisted were shot, a representative of the People’s Militia of the republic said.
A strike was delivered against the Ukrainian army positions on Mount Karachun south of Slavyansk.
Combat is reported east of Barvenkovo (35 km southwest of Izyum).
At least five airstrikes were carried out on Ukrainian army positions in Krasny Liman. Destroyed Ukrainian army trucks stand on the bridge from Slavyansk to Krasny Liman.
The Russian Air Force carried out a strike on the airport in Kramatorsk.
Situation in the republics
Since February 26, more than 23,000 people are without drinking water, hot food, heat and gas supply, telephone and mobile communications and Internet as a result of the combat in the villagess of Novoazovsky, Telmanovsky and Starobeshevsky districts – DPR EMERCOM. As a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian army, civilians were wounded in the territory previously liberated by the DPR military.
Donetsk
Kievskiy, Kuibyshevskiy and Petrovskiy districts of Donetsk were shelled.
