The Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination in Donbass reported the use of artillery guns and heavy mortars by Ukrainian militants, the REGNUM news agency reported on February 18.
Ukrainian terrorists opened heavy fire on the areas of Styla, Belaya Kamenka, and Grigorovka villages.
In addition, Ukrainian armed formations fired 20 120mm and 27 82mm mortar shells at the southern part of Zaytsevo village on the northern outskirts of Gorlovka. No casualties were reported.
Earlier, the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic reported that they had repelled an attempt by Ukrainian sabotage groups to enter the territory of the republic.
