Fighters of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian army carried out the staged shelling of a kindergarten situated on the territory of Donbass under Kiev’s control. The press service of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) wrote this on February 18 on its Telegram channel.
According to the agency, the kindergarten in Novaya Kondrashevka village, located near the village of Stanitsa Luganskaya, was damaged using an M141 bunker defeat munition. As stated on the Telegram channel, this weapon is manufactured in the United States.
The LPR People’s Militia reported that a group from a separate special purpose center of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces “West” was involved in this provocation. The shot was made from a water tower near the street Depovskaya, 12.
The agency wrote that such conclusions were drawn from radio intercepts of conversations between the soldiers of the Ukrainian army, as well as from evidence received from local residents.
