Deputy Defense Minister of Donetsk People’s Republic Eduard Basurin claims that the shelling of Donbass by the punitive forces is caused by OSCE acquiescence and provokers’ impunity.
“This provocation is the direct result of the Ukrainian forces acting with impunity, shelling the town of Veseloe and Kievsky district of Donetsk by 120 mm mortars, and also of OSCE acquiescence to them since they refused to investigate this armed provocation of Ukrainian military“, said the Deputy Defense Minister.
He also noted that Kiev junta dodges responsibility for their crimes.
“At the same time, the leader of the Ukrainian group in the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination, General Kremenetsky while commenting the incident of October 10, claimed that there had been no shelling and that we had presented incorrect information”, Basurin stated.
