Kurginyan: Uneven development under capitalism still applies

Under capitalism, uneven development between countries still applies, and this is precisely why every society has its own gravedigger, political scientist, philosopher, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan noted on April 24 during the Right to Know! program on the TVC channel.

“After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the whole world shifted onto the rails of one or another form of capitalism, so to speak. To claim that the Communist Party of China is following a non-capitalist path is, in my opinion, rather weak position. This means that it is moving in accordance with the laws of an entirely capitalist society,” Sergey Kurginyan said.

The main law under capitalism is the uneven development between countries, the political analyst emphasized. “Every such society has its own geopolitical gravedigger,” he added.

According to him, China is currently acting as the gravedigger of the United States as an empire because it “is developing faster,” is younger than the USA from the standpoint of capitalism, and is “more powerful precisely in terms of human potential.”

“There are inexorable, entirely classical constants within all the current postmodernism and everything else that… still apply,” the political analyst stressed.

Sooner or later, it will not be Iran but China that becomes the main problem for the United States.

“And one can behave one way or another with Iran — step back, return, say that you have already won, or not say that you have won. But something has to be done about China. China behaves calmly and consequently solves its internal problems,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement added.

The main question now facing US President Donald Trump, in Kurginyan’s opinion, is what he should do about China.

“You are not going to fight directly, so what are you going to do? You will give it some prizes. It will gladly accept them. But it will only become even stronger, and your gap with it will grow even larger. What will you do afterward? How will you buy this respite?” These are precisely the questions that arise regarding Trump’s policy, Sergey Kurginyan concluded.
