Former Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban and Hungary’s elected Prime Minister Peter Magyar are oriented toward the concept of the Habsburg Austro-Hungarian Empire, philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan stated on April 24 on the Right to Know! program on the TVC channel.
However, unlike Orban, Magyar speaks openly about the revival of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Speaking about the defeat of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the parliamentary elections, the political analyst drew attention to the ambiguity of Orban’s figure.
“On the one hand, one cannot but welcome the fact that he clearly played on Russia’s side. Russia is now in a situation where anyone who takes a position that is not unambiguous (‘Ukraine — yes, Russians — no’) becomes an object of interest for it, right?” Essence of Time‘s leader said.
Noting this position of Orban, which was beneficial to Russia, Kurginyan also emphasized another side of this politician — his orientation toward the concept of the Habsburg Austro-Hungarian Empire.
“Orban is a protégé of Soros, direct and absolute. He is a man of the Vatican. And a man who was very much oriented toward the Habsburgs. These are just as much constants as the fact that he is good because he blocks something regarding Ukraine,” he said.
At the same time, Sergey Kurginyan explained who the leader of the election-winning Tisza party, Peter Magyar, is. The political analyst emphasized his connection to Orban.
“This is Orban’s upbringing. This is his creation, which rebelled against him for purely private reasons,” he noted.
Kurginyan clarified that the contradictions between Orban and Magyar exist not at the level of any strategy, but only at a petty, purely local level (corruption, scandals, etc.). According to him, Hungary, being a small country, was focused on this petty level during the elections, and moreover, Magyar’s victory was aided from outside.
At the same time, Sergey Kurginyan outlined the logic of the external forces that helped Peter Magyar. He explained that by choosing Magyar to strike at the undesirable Orban, Brussels did not think about what exactly would happen when Magyar won.
“This is a typical position of the degenerated European establishment that I observe,” Essence of Time‘s leader emphasized.
The political analyst noted that Orban never spoke directly about the Austro-Hungarian Empire, whereas Magyar does so openly. This means that the winners of the elections held in Hungary were the people supported by the Habsburg dynasty.
“So, the Habsburgs won in this situation. They took control of Hungary and the process. Where is this process leading? Will we witness a reincarnation of the Austro-Hungarian Empire? Of course not. But it will be a sort of that,” Kurginyan noted, explaining that Europe is being reconfigured, and new systems are forming within it.
