Humanity has to answer the question about love in terms of defeating death, or else death will destroy it, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and philosopher Sergey Kurginyan said on July 11 on the program Conversation with a Sage on radio Zvezda.
According to the political scientist, Homo sapiens is the only species who knows that he will die, and this knowledge itself cannot make him as long-lived and developing as all the other species on the globe. The philosopher believes that only love can defeat death and prevent it from destroying humanity.
The leader of Essence of Time noted that the Western elites have long doomed humanity, and they believe that Man has been lost. As an example, the philosopher referred to a statement by Pope John Paul II, who said that “we have built a civilization of death on the ruins of communism,” as well as Peter Thiel’s address.
“And now Peter Thiel appears who, on behalf of the Silicon Valley, speaks with despair about the death of the future and who says that our only hope for new Einsteins is artificial intelligence,” Sergey Kurginyan said.
According to the philosopher, this is a catastrophic system, because in its framework an answer must be given not only by words but also by a direct demonstration in the manner of a philosophic dispute, ‘Show me your god! – Show me your Man!’ The political scientist expressed confidence that such attempts must be made.
“Connect the right and the left hemispheres, organize a holistic thinking, activate energy if it is deactivated. Answer the question about love in terms of energy, in terms of defeating death,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
However, the philosopher noted, only a love located outside the framework of death can win, because death cannot be defeated from inside.
