The ultralight aircraft SP-30, produced in Taganrog, was presented at the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom-2025” in Yekaterinburg, Deputy Governor of Rostov Region Igor Sorokin announced on July 8 via his Telegram channel.
“For the first time, we are presenting the ultralight aircraft SP-30. This is the first training aircraft created in post-Soviet Russia, with a high level of domestic products and technologies, and it is being produced in Taganrog,” said Sorokin.
In addition, according to the official, Rostov Region is showcasing advanced developments in machine tool building, energy, radio energy, and other sectors at the exhibition. Several agreements are expected to be signed, which will enhance the region’s investment portfolio.
The International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom is being held for the 15th time. This year’s theme is “Technological Leadership: Industrial Breakthrough,” with Saudi Arabia as the partner country.
