Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to submit proposals to attract student design bureaus to work on achieving technological leadership of the country, the corresponding instruction was published on May 23 on the Kremlin website.
“The Government of the Russian Federation to submit proposals to attract competitive student design bureaus to implement measures to ensure technological leadership of the Russian Federation, including in the field of space activities,” the document reads.
The deadline for the execution of the instruction is September 1 this year.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the commission for military-technical cooperation that the portfolio of orders for Russian military equipment amounts to tens of billions of dollars.
The President emphasized that the main and urgent goal remains the supply of everything necessary for the units and units involved in the special military operation.
