Heads of 29 foreign delegations are present on Red Square at the parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, the Kremlin press service reported on May 9.
Among the countries attending the parade are: Abkhazia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Vietnam, Venezuela, Guinea-Bissau, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Kazakhstan, China, Kirgizia, Congo, Cuba, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Palestine, Serbia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, South Ossetia, India, Indonesia, Nicaragua, DPRK and South Africa.
The parade on Red Square to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory began in Moscow at 10 a.m., with the corresponding broadcast on Russia’s leading TV channels.
