Crimea, Sevastopol, the DPR, the LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions are part of Russia, and this is enshrined in the Constitution of Russia, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on March 13, commenting on the statement by the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky about new Russian regions.
“They [these regions] are enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This is a matter of fact,” the Kremlin representative said.
Peskov also urged against rushing to assumptions about the positions of the parties in negotiations on Ukraine, as these negotiations have not even begun yet.
On March 12, Zelensky, following negotiations between Ukrainian and US delegations in Saudi Arabia, stated that Kiev does not recognize the loss of territories liberated by Russia.
