Ukraine could use a 30-day ceasefire to acquire weapons or carry out forced mobilization, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on March 13 following talks with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko at the Kremlin.
“So how will these 30 days be used? For forced mobilization to continue in Ukraine? For weapons to be supplied there? For newly mobilized units to undergo training?” the Russian leader emphasized.
The Belarusian president arrived in Moscow today for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two leaders first held a one-on-one discussion, after which the talks continued in an expanded format.
