Putin blames Ukraine’s Western allies for striking CPC station

The Ukrainian troops strike on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) oil pumping station (OPS) is not possible without satellite reconnaissance data, which could only be provided by Kiev’s Western allies, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters during a visit to a drone production plant in St. Petersburg on February 19.
