Nuclear weapons in Ukraine can appear only with the assistance of other states, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on December 25.
According to her, “the Kiev regime cannot create nuclear weapons on its own in a few weeks,” and there is nothing to discuss here.
Another thing is that “Zelensky’s terrorist regime” can obtain important components of nuclear weapons “from outside, from other states,” Zakharova added.
This is the only possibility of creating nuclear weapons in Ukraine, the diplomat emphasized.
