The leadership of the United States views the African region as a testing ground for experimental medical drugs, stated Deputy Chief of the Russian NBC Protection Troops Aleksey Rtishchev on December 24, according to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense on its Telegram channel.
“The US administration considers the region as an unlimited natural reservoir of dangerous infectious agents and a testing ground for experimental medical drugs,” Rtishchev said.
The Deputy Chief of Russian NBC Protection Troops pointed out that the US uses schemes in Africa that were previously tested in Ukraine and Georgia.
“This system is aimed at obtaining pathogens in endemic areas and natural foci, monitoring the biological situation, and managing it in their interests,” Rtishchev stated.
