Syrian Air Force, supported by the Russian Aerospace Forces, carried out airstrikes on terrorist groups in the provinces of Idlib and Hama, reported the Syrian Defense Ministry’s press service on December 3.
“Syrian and Russian fighter jets conducted joint strikes in southern Idlib province and northern Hama province. Dozens of terrorists were killed and injured,” the press service noted.
According to the department, military equipment belonging to the militants was also destroyed.
Earlier, the Syrian High Command press service reported that on December 2, over 400 terrorists, including foreigners, were eliminated within a few hours as a result of precise strikes by Syrian and Russian Air Forces.
On December 2, the Syrian state agency SANA reported that government forces regained control over the settlements of Kornaz, Tell Malh, Al-Jalma, Al-Jabin, Hayalin, and Sheikh Hadid in Hama province, previously seized by militants.
