Russian troops liberated two villages in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Russian Ministry of Defense said on December 1 in an update on the special military operation for the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
Troops from the Yug Group of Forces liberated the village of Ilyinka, located south of the city of Kurakhovo. Meanwhile, units of the Tsentr Group of Forces liberated the village of Petrovka from the Ukrainian armed units situated on the southern approaches to Krasnoarmeysk.
Between November 23 and 29, the Russian Armed Forces also liberated the villages of Kopanki in Kharkov Region, Novaya Ilyinka, Vorovskoe, and Razdolnoe in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
