Russian Armed Forces struck against Ukrainian military airfields over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry informed on November 23.
The strikes targeted enemy military infrastructure, personnel, and equipment using aviation, drones, missiles, and artillery.
“Military airfield infrastructure and amassment of enemy personnel and military equipment in 149 areas were struck,” the statement reads.
During the strikes, a Ukrainian MiG-29 and four field ammunition depots were destroyed. Additionally, Russian air defense forces shot down three French-made Hammer guided bombs, eight HIMARS projectiles, and 59 aircraft-type drones.
The total Ukrainian losses over the past day amounted to over 1,500 militants killed and wounded and more than 50 pieces of equipment.
