Questions regarding Kiev’s claims about the alleged use of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) by Russia against Ukraine should be directed to the Ministry of Defense, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary for the Russian President, on November 21 during a briefing with journalists.
“I recommend addressing this to the military; I have nothing to say on this topic at the moment,” emphasized Peskov.
This statement follows reports earlier on November 21 from Ukrainian media alleging that Russian Armed Forces had launched an ICBM targeting Dnepropetrovsk, purportedly from Astrakhan Region.
