Russia’s incumbent president Vladimir Putin is leading in the election with 87.68% of the vote according to the CEC after processing 30.04% of the votes, the CEC’s information center reported on March 17.
Nikolay Kharitonov of the CPRF has 3.95%, Leonid Slutsky of the LDPR has 3.01%, and Vladislav Davankov of the New People party has 3.81%.
