The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed a camp of militants in Aleppo province involved in shelling Syrian government forces, TASS wrote, citing the deputy head of the The Russian Centre for reconciliation of opposing sides in the Syrian Arab Republic, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulitya.
“A strike by the Russian VKS in the area of Kubbasin locality of Aleppo province destroyed a training camp of militants involved in shelling Syrian government forces. At least 25 terrorists were eliminated,” he said.
He added that over the day in the Idlib de-escalation zone there was shelling of the positions of the Syrian government troops by the terrorist group Jebhat al-Nusra (organization banned in Russia).
