LIC: Civilians killed in strike against bakery in Lisichansk by Ukrainian militants

A strike carried out by Kiev militants on the territory of the city of Lisichansk in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) killed and injured civilians, the Lugansk Information Center (LIC) wrote on February 3.

LIC reported that Kiev militants hit the building of the city bakery, where bread was baked for the population. As a result of the strike, seven civilians were reported killed. Six injured people were rescued from under the debris of the building.

According to the LPR military commandant’s office, about forty people may still be under the debris.

According to the military commandant’s office, the bakery building was attacked at 2:20 p.m. Moscow time on February 3, while there were many people in the building who had come to buy bread.

According to the commandant’s office, there are no military facilities near the bakery.
