01.01.2024, Moscow.

Russia has attacked only military facilities in Ukraine and will continue to do so, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on January 1 during a visit to the Vishnevskyy Central Military Clinical Hospital.

The Russian president noted that the country had the opportunity to “hit squares in Kiev and any other city”, but it was unacceptable for Russia to attack civilians.

Russia is and will continue to hit military facilities, although “one is deeply otraged”.

On December 30, the Ukrainian armed units shelled the downtown Belogorod with rockets, dozens of people were killed and hundreds wounded. There are children among the dead and wounded.
