Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić owes his career to the United States, and he is covertly leading Serbia toward a breakup with Russia, philosopher, political scientist, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan stated on September 18 during the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio.
As the political scientist noted, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić was a protégé of Vojislav Šešelj, the founder of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS).
“After all, he was his protégé. He comes from the Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) football club fan movement. These are radicals, or the soccer ultras. These very radical nationalists were cultivated by the United States, covertly by George Soros, and directly by the US intelligence services and foreign embassies. They were needed,” the leader of the Essence of Time movement explained.
Sergey Kurginyan noted that in the beginning of his political career, Vučić positioned himself as a more radical nationalist than Slobodan Milošević, who was the President of Serbia at the time. However, being a brilliant careerist, Vučić joined Milošević’s government, and when Milošević himself lost power, Vučić took advantage of that. Later, recognizing the lack of prospects for the Serbian Radical Party, he founded the Serbian Progressive Party.
“Who helped him to create this party and break away from the radical-nationalists, from Šešelj’s party? Who helped him to abandon the radicals and create the Progressive Party, which had become a Vučić party? It was US elites! They made him what he is; he owes everything to them. He took off the badge bearing Šešelj’s face and put on the right outfit: Rule Britannia, Britannia, Britannia; let’s join the EU,’ and so on,” the political analyst said.
At the same time, as Kurginyan noted, Vučić openly acknowledges that 85% of Serbs do not want a breakup with Russia, meaning he has to bring about this rupture covertly. Meanwhile, the extermination campaign against the Serbs is being prepared, carried out by, among others, drug lords favored by the West. According to Kurginyan, Bill Clinton, during whose presidency the West carried out the bombing of Serbia, received drug-related bribes for it.
“And do you know that Croatian slogan? The fascists had handed over the administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina to them, even though there were few Croats there. They declared that the best Croats were Muslims, and the Ustaše [Croatian fascist, ultranationalist organization active from 1929 to 1945 – Rossa Primavera News Agency’s note] began slaughtering Serbs under that slogan,” said the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
He added that when the “ethnic cleansing” of Serbs began, Vučić, who was Defense Minister at the time, called on the army to mobilize and stand in defense of the Serbian people. However, as the analyst emphasized, these calls were merely populist. In his words, “it was all just for the cameras; the army knew it wasn’t going anywhere.”
“But it all started back when Yugoslav generals, fired up by the Serbian spirit, used to tell me: ‘The moment the first German tank gets here, we’ll fire at Bonn’. And then came the peaceful demonstrations, which were bombed with uranium-core bombs. And nothing happened,” Kurginyan explained.
