A strike on a US military base near the Conico oil field in Deir ez-Zor province in eastern Syria killed US servicemen, Al Mayadeen TV informed on November 13, citing a source.
According to journalists, 15 missiles were launched at the base. It was not specified how many US military were killed. The Pentagon did not confirm the report.
According to the TV channel, three drones attacked the US base al-Shaddadi in Syria in the northeast of the Arab republic.
The US has established 24 military bases and four military points on the territory of Syria. Attacks on them intensified after the escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The US side blames Iran-backed groups for the attacks and says it is retaliating against them.
