Rallies in Israel taking place to demand the release of hostages from Gaza

Demands for the return of hostages taken by Hamas were made by the participants of multithousand rallies in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, The Times of Israel reports on November 12.

It is also reported that these are 244 hostages who have been taken by Hamas since October 7. Of these hostages, one was released by the Israeli military and four were released by Hamas.

It is specified that these actions were the largest in Tel Aviv since October 7, following protest rallies against the judicial reforms put forward by Benjamin Netanyahu.

It is also reported that the protesters celebrated the birthday of Alexander Trufanov, who has been held captive by Hamas for 36 days.
