A missile strike struck the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, information about the injured is being clarified, wrote the governor of the region Mikhail Razvozzhayev on September 22.
“All emergency services have left for the place. Information about the injured is being clarified. Near the Lunacharsky Theater fell a fragment. A big request when you find such elements – do not approach and call 112,” wrote Razvozzhayev.
“Please remain calm. And not to post photos and videos,” he added.
